We’ve used a well-guarded family recipe for decades that uses all Australian-made ingredients, including 100% Australian honey. Most traditional gingerbread recipes will use molasses and processed sugar to sweeten their cookies, but the only sweetener in ours is our delicious Aussie honey. Our unique recipe creates the most delectable, chewy, moist, spiced gingerbread that our customers keep coming back for. Not to mention that it’s also 97% fat-free!
