Shipping Information
We ship our gingerbread from Melbourne and use a range of couriers for all our deliveries. All our deliveries have Authority to Leave in a secure place. It is advisable to leave instructions in the notes section at checkout.
Most orders placed by 3 pm AEST, Monday to Thursday, will usually ship in 1-2 business days, excluding public holidays.
Most standard shipping orders will ship within two to four business days.
Remember that we can only ship orders during business days, not during weekends and public holidays. Please allow extra time when placing orders during busy periods, such as Easter, leading up to Christmas and public holidays. We are based in Victoria and follow the state’s public holiday calendar.

Pick Up
For all pick-up orders, please wait for Email Confirmation of your order being ready. You should receive confirmation for all products in stock within 1 business day.
Gingerbread Houses
We can ship Gingerbread Houses anywhere in Australia. Care will be taken to protect the products during transit. However, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any Houses damaged during transit. For postcodes within 25km of Melbourne CBD, we can deliver these personally, although there may be delays depending on driver availability. If you are unsure, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
Product Status Information
- In Stock – Products are available to ship immediately on the next business day.
- On Back-Order – Products are not available and will need to be produced. Stock will be available from the indicated dates in the description. For stock items without dates, please allow an extra 2-3 weeks for the production of these products.
- Out of Stock – Products that are out of stock are no longer available for that season. This status refers to seasonal products and will be noted once stock is completed for that year.
