Our Story

Hosome Gingerbread first opened in 1978. From our beginnings as a small family business in Mornington, we have grown into the successful business
we are today, supplying bakeries, cafes, schools, grocery stores, and more.

Over the years, we have continued to improve our much-loved recipe. Our gingerbreads are hand-made using 100% Australian Honey and Australian ingredients. Even better, our gingerbreads are 97% fat-free! They are the perfect, no-guilt, tasty treat.

Our factory store is now open 5 days a week, and our full range is also
available on our online store anytime you need to order our delicious gingerbread.
