Your Consumer Rights

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are faulty, unsafe, or not as described. This includes gingerbread that arrives damaged, stale, or incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant. We’ll assess the issue promptly and, where applicable, offer a refund, replacement, or exchange in line with your consumer rights.

Change of Mind & Food Safety

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or preference once an order has been prepared or delivered. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
