Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Melbourne using a range of couriers. All deliveries are sent with “Authority to Leave,” which means the courier may leave your parcel in a safe spot at your address. You can add delivery instructions at checkout.
Orders placed by 3pm AEST (Monday–Thursday) usually ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping orders typically take 1–4 business days.
Weekends and public holidays are not included. Busy seasons may cause delays.
Holiday Notice:All orders placed after 3 pm on 18th December 2025 will be shipped when we re-open on 9th January 2026.
Orders up to $150 have a $15 shipping fee. Orders over $150 receive free shipping.
Gingerbread houses can be shipped Australia-wide with extra care. For customers within 25km of Melbourne CBD, personal delivery is available, though delays may occur depending on driver availability. Because houses are fragile, they cannot guarantee that damage won’t occur during transit.
Pick-Up / Local Collection
Yes. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email confirmation. If items are in stock, pick-up is usually available within 1–2 business days.
Product Availability & Stock Status
In Stock — Item is available and will ship immediately.
On Back-Order — Item needs to be produced. If a restock date isn’t listed, allow 2–3 extra weeks.
Out of Stock — Item isn’t available this season and cannot be ordered.
